We are in southern Alabama. This case keeps insulin nice and cool on trips in the car. Worth every penny. It comes in a nice teal color. It is easier to find. Zipper is heavy and not a cheap. It is big enough for two pens, pocket tester, and pen heads. Everything fits. Should last for many years.

It does help to put it in another small cooler with some additional ice packs, then it stayed cold enough for 2 to 3 days. To be fair, this was in Florida, but in an air-conditioned vehicle.
